er99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and er99 ("er99", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the er99 online betting and casino platform, including all associated services, features, promotions, and content available at er99.io and its subdomains.

Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be closed immediately, and any balance remaining in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Account Registration

To access the full range of er99's services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) er99 account only. The registration, use, or maintenance of more than one account by the same individual — whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, er99 will close all associated accounts and may withhold any funds or bonuses held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. er99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify er99 support immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised. er99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

er99 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

er99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all account holders. KYC verification is required before a player can process their first withdrawal and may be required at other times at er99's discretion — for example, following a significant increase in account activity, upon a player's request to raise deposit limits, or as part of a periodic review.

KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence); and

All financial transactions on the er99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). er99 does not apply currency conversion charges for transactions denominated in BDT. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the account cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to player accounts within seconds to a few minutes, subject to payment provider processing times. Withdrawals to mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes following approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Players may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own name. General bonus conditions that apply to all er99 promotions unless otherwise stated:

Intellectual Property
